Starting Wednesday January 17th, I welcome you warmly for a weekly Mindful Movement session
Mindful Movement is a simple and effective formula to relax deeply & have fun. It is the perfect answer to a day of work where you were in two physical positions only; either sitting on a chair or walking forward a few steps. This is a chance for you to unwind, allow your body to move in every possible way, let go of all the information of the day, enjoy the simple joy of movement, and travel in the music. One long joyful meditation!
In a Mindful Movement session you are the center of your own attention. We combine (mildly guided) free movement with simple meditation and beautiful music. The group is small (max. 10), the studio is huge (100m2) to guarantee enough moving space and privacy for everyone.
Easy & accesible if you have a body that can breathe and move 🙂
