A BREAK FROM FOCUSING OUTWARDS. THE GUIDANCE IS GENTLE AND SIMPLE. YOU WILL NATURALLY FALL INTO MOVEMENT, WITHOUT NEEDING TO PAY ATTENTION TO ANYTHING ELSE BUT YOUR MOVES AND PHYSICAL SENSATIONS. AFTER MOVING, YOU WILL NATURALLY SINK INTO MEDITATION. AFTER THE SESSION YOU WILL FEEL THAT YOUR BODY, MIND AND SOUL ARE BACK IN ALIGNMENT. YOU FEEL CENTERED, RELAXED AND AWAKE.
