It is a movement &amp; meditation break that will make everybody feel refreshed. A Mindful Movement session is accesible and easy for everybody. Moving together is a lot of fun and makes everyone relax. It is scientifically proven that dancing has a very positive effect on your mood, your energy level en self-confidence. In a Mindful Movement session you practice Mindfulness exercises and relaxing movement forms. We step out of the constant stream of information of every day. We take a break together, a real break. Silence, walking, meditation and some slowing down exercises are part of that break.<\/p>\n<p>A Team Retreat Day is a dayprogram where relaxation, ease and communication are central. From a relaxed and mindful state we naturally connect to each other easily. We create a chance to really hear each other and speak out freely and safely. This way we are together as persons and we can look at the work stage from a distance.<\/p>\n<p>Beforehand we discuss the challenges and desires of the team so that the program can be perfectly adjusted to that. Potentially there is a follow up after the Retreat Day where we can reflect on the effects and insights of the day.
